Roasted Masala Makhana - A healthy and delicious snack!

From the time I tastes POP Mak's Makhana, I have become a fan of this wonderful puffed Lotus Seeds! This was the first time that I had tasted these and instantly loved them. A quick search as to the origin, nutrition value for the same made me realise this is an ingredient that must be included in our daily diet. Fortunately, Amma Appa also loved these puffed Makhanas | Foxnut.

Since Amma Appa love the SouthIndian spices, Amma tried today to make a healthy Roasted Masala Makhana Snack. Just loving it! Sorry POP Mak's, now these snacks will be made at home! Very easy to make and the health benefits make it even more a reason to explore healthier alternatives using Makhana.
